About Us

As long as I can remember, I’ve always had a deep connection and love for dogs. This started as a small child where mum would find me in the neighbour’s backyard hanging out with their dogs (sometimes even in their kennels). This connection has only grown stronger over the years and I have only the deepest admiration and respect for these amazing creatures. I truly feel that our lives would be lessened greatly without these angels by our side.

I previously owned a business on the lower North Shore of Sydney. During this time I started working for a dog walking company based in the area. Whilst working with this company I gained a great deal of experience and learnt many dog walking and pet handling techniques. I never felt such joy as I did when picking up dogs and seeing their ”big smiles” and receiving their ”big sloppy kisses”. Watching how happy the dogs were on their walks and being a part of it was the best experience I’d ever had.

I knew that there was nothing I wanted more than to have my own dog walking and pet sitting business. So I set about selling my old business and immediately started up my dream job in my local area on the Northern Beaches. I have always lived on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and my love for the area inspired me to base my dog walking business here. There are so many beautiful parks and beaches to enjoy while walking our dogs.

Dogs are a major part of my life and I wouldn’t feel complete without them. I have two beautiful German Short haired Pointers called Neo & Junior who are my pride and joy. I understand exactly how you feel about your pets and guarantee to treat your pets as I do my own.

My Dogs Gone Walking is my dream business and I cannot wait to bring my experience and love of animals to help you and your furry family member(s).
